In a non-GLP rat study, Helixomer tested both Hex01 and Hex02 at the maximum feasible dose with seven-day repeat dosing. Results: 100% survival and well tolerated across both molecules.

This is a meaningful step. Pushing both drugs to the highest deliverable dose and seeing no adverse signals eliminates a category of risk before we commit capital to the definitive GLP toxicology studies.

Clean non-GLP tolerability gives us the confidence to advance into GLP-compliant toxicology — the package the FDA expects as part of an IND filing — with a dose range we already understand.

One species. One short window. The GLP work and full IND-enabling package are still ahead. But all indications are positive, and clearing this step for a matched molecular pair simultaneously is an efficient place to be.
