Hex01 and Hex02 are Helixomer's lead program, the proof point for what RNA Origami (RNAO) plus aptamers can do. The scientific work behind them includes structural optimization of aptamer binding, PEG-free half-life extension, matched-pair reversal agent design, and multi-species efficacy validation across seven mammalian models.

That body of work does not stay in acute critical care. The same design principles apply directly across our future pipeline, through a modular approach that adapts the RNAO scaffold for new therapeutic targets.

Each successive program will benefit from the drug discovery and development processes, preclinical advancements, and regulatory knowledge  developed in the lead asset that supports a faster, lower-cost development in future programs.

The lead program earns the right to tell the platform story. The platform is what makes the company worth more than only a single drug.
